Anyone who manages Apple CI / CD build nodes is probably stuck in the same chicken-egg problem with installing Xcode + Command Line Tools now. Xcode 14.3 includes Swift 5.8 and SDKs for iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, tvOS 16.4, watchOS 9.4, and macOS Ventura 13.3. which defeats the purpose of an automated script.
